Refund and Returns Policy

At Artwork Vietnam, we take pride in delivering authentic Vietnamese artwork that captures the beauty and spirit of Vietnam. Because each piece is crafted after your order is placed, we do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer a fair replacement policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at Contact@artworkvietnam.com. Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the damage.

Defects in Craftsmanship: If your artwork has visible defects that significantly affect its quality or appearance, reach out to us with photos so we can assess the issue.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an artwork that does not match your order (wrong size, wrong artwork, or wrong framing option), contact us promptly for a resolution.

2. Replacement Process

Step 1 – Contact Us: Email us at Contact@artworkvietnam.com within 14 days of receiving your artwork to report the issue.

Step 2 – Provide Documentation: Include your order number, photos of the artwork (showing the issue clearly), and a brief description of the problem.

Step 3 – Evaluation: Our team will review your request and determine whether a replacement is warranted. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Step 4 – Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the artwork. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the artwork is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Step 5 – Replacement Production: Once we receive the returned item, we will begin crafting your replacement. Production time will be the same as for a new order.

3. What Is Not Covered

Change of Mind: Because each artwork is made to order, we cannot offer replacements based on changes in preference, taste, or décor decisions after purchase.

Minor Variations: Handcrafted artwork may have slight variations in texture, brushwork, or detail. These are characteristics of authentic, handmade Vietnamese art and are not considered defects.

Color Differences: Colors may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical artwork due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matching.

Timeframe: Replacement requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

4. International Orders

For customers outside Vietnam, please note that replacement shipments may incur additional costs including shipping fees and customs duties. The customer is responsible for these charges.
