What kind of photos or references can I send?
Anything works — personal photos, screenshots, magazine clippings, multiple images you want combined. The more references you share, the better we understand your vision.
Can you create a completely new composition from scratch?
Absolutely. You can send us multiple photos and we’ll assemble them into a brand new scene — blending people, places, and elements into one cohesive artwork that never existed before.
What sizes do you offer?
Any size you want. There are no fixed formats. Just tell us the exact dimensions you need in centimetres or inches and we’ll paint to those specifications.
How long does it take?
Typically 3–5 weeks from approval of the digital composition to delivery. Rush orders may be possible — mention it in your request.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
You’ll receive a high-resolution preview before we ship. We revise until you’re satisfied. If for any reason you’re still not happy after receiving your painting, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
