Because each piece is crafted after your order is placed, we do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer a fair replacement policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n

1. Eligibility for Replacement<\/h2>\n\n

Damaged Items:<\/strong> If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at Contact@artworkvietnam.com<\/strong><\/strong>. Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the damage.<\/p>\n\n

Defects in Craftsmanship:<\/strong> If your artwork has visible defects that significantly affect its quality or appearance, reach out to us with photos so we can assess the issue.<\/p>\n\n

Incorrect Items:<\/strong> If you receive an artwork that does not match your order (wrong size, wrong artwork, or wrong framing option), contact us promptly for a resolution.<\/p>\n\n

2. Replacement Process<\/h2>\n\n

Step 1 \u2013 Contact Us:<\/strong> Email us at Contact@artworkvietnam.com<\/strong><\/strong> within 14 days of receiving your artwork to report the issue.<\/p>\n\n

Step 2 \u2013 Provide Documentation:<\/strong> Include your order number, photos of the artwork (showing the issue clearly), and a brief description of the problem.<\/p>\n\n

Step 3 \u2013 Evaluation:<\/strong> Our team will review your request and determine whether a replacement is warranted. We aim to respond within 3 business days.<\/p>\n\n

Step 4 \u2013 Return Shipping:<\/strong> If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the artwork. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the artwork is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.<\/p>\n\n

Step 5 \u2013 Replacement Production:<\/strong> Once we receive the returned item, we will begin crafting your replacement. Production time will be the same as for a new order.<\/p>\n\n

3. What Is Not Covered<\/h2>\n\n

Change of Mind:<\/strong> Because each artwork is made to order, we cannot offer replacements based on changes in preference, taste, or d\u00e9cor decisions after purchase.<\/p>\n\n
