When nobody shares the same photo
Send the best picture of each person, or the best group shot plus close-ups of whoever is small, blurred or half hidden. Each face is painted from its clearest image, so a cousin caught at a wedding can stand beside a parent photographed in the kitchen. Tell us who stands where, who sits, and who is tallest.
How many people the canvas can hold
Every extra person is another face that needs room. Two adults and two children sit comfortably on an upright canvas, while a row of eight needs width. Name the wall you have in mind and the orientation you prefer, and the quote lists the sizes that keep each face readable. A dog on the sofa can join too, if you send its photo.

Before it leaves Vietnam
Before shipping you receive a picture of the finished painting. If a face needs more work, say so then and it is corrected first. UPS or DHL carries the parcel, free of charge and tracked.

Can you combine several photographs in one painting?
Yes. Several reference photographs can be combined into one coherent composition. Mention who or what must appear, the preferred background and any details that must not be changed.
Will I see the painting before it ships?
Yes. When your painting is finished, we send you a photo of it before it ships. If anything needs adjusting, we correct it before the painting is dispatched.
