The archival canvas print shows the same image, printed rather than painted, so its surface is flat. Both versions come rolled, on a wooden stretcher, or framed.

The large sea turtle fills the lower left and centre of the canvas, its head lifted toward the upper right. Its shell is painted in olive, amber and rust, with radiating segments, and the flippers show a fine pattern of scales.
Pale yellow beams slant down from the top left across the water, with small golden specks drifting in them. At the upper right a sandy beach holds a dark nest hollow, and a few small turtles move across the sand and down to the waves.
The water is built from short, loaded strokes of turquoise, cobalt, green and violet, with curled white tips marking the crests. The turtle is painted more closely than the sea around it, so the shell and head stay sharp while the waves stay loose.
Warm sand ochre and peach at the top right answer the cool blues, and the golden light links the two.
The cool blue and green palette suits bright rooms and walls in white, grey or pale sand. The landscape format gives the swimming turtle room to cross the width, which fits a wide wall, a hallway or a space beside a window.
The movement in the brushwork gives a quiet room some energy, while the single warm beach corner keeps the colour balanced.
They sit at the upper right. One is near the dark nest hollow on the sand, and two more are close to the water's edge, heading toward the waves.
Pale yellow beams slant from the top left down through the water. Small golden specks float in them, and they lighten the blue around the sea turtle's head and shell.
The shell is painted in olive, amber and rust, set against turquoise, cobalt blue and green water. The beach at the upper right adds sand ochre and peach.
Yes. The blues and greens are calm, and the horizontal format sits well on a wide wall. The brushwork stays lively, so it is not a flat, quiet picture.
