What can I send as a reference?+
Photos from a phone or camera, scans of old prints, or screenshots, as long as faces and details are in focus. You can add a few written lines about what you want.
What sizes and finishes can I choose?+
Write the size you have in mind in the form and the quote is for that size. You can choose a rolled canvas, a canvas stretched on a frame, or a framed painting.
기간은 얼마나 걸리나요?+
Once you accept the quote, painting takes 2~4주. After it ships, delivery takes 영업일 기준 5~7일.
Who makes the frames?+
The stretcher bars and the frames are made by the wood artisans of the collective.
How is it delivered?+
Shipping costs you nothing. The parcel goes by UPS 또는 DHL with a tracking number.
Can I ask for changes?+
Yes. Revisions are unlimited on custom orders: tell us what to change and we adjust the painting.
결과에 만족하지 못하면 어떻게 되나요?+
You can return the painting within 30 days for a full refund. The customer pays the return shipping.

네. 충실하고 중립적인 방향을 선택하시면 스튜디오에서 참고 사진의 인물, 배경, 색감과 비율을 유지하면서 수작업 유화로 재현해 드립니다.

Yes. Choose the creative direction and describe the mood, palette and brushwork you want. Your quote confirms what is feasible before any painting begins.
여러 장의 사진을 한 그림에 합칠 수 있나요?+
네. 여러 장의 참고 사진을 하나의 자연스러운 구도로 합칠 수 있습니다. 누구 또는 무엇이 반드시 들어가야 하는지, 원하는 배경과 변경하면 안 되는 세부 사항을 알려주세요.
Will I see the painting before it ships?+
Yes. When your painting is finished, we send you a photo of it before it ships. If anything needs adjusting, we correct it before the painting is dispatched.
