This Dalat villa scene is built around a stone lane that climbs from the lower edge toward a third villa in the distance. On the right stand a rose-pink house and a taller pale yellow one, both under terracotta tile roofs, the yellow one with a small white balcony.
Two walkers in conical hats, one in a light blue shirt and one in red, move up the lane in the foreground. Further on, a few more small figures walk near a low fence with pale posts.
The paint is laid on in broad, visible strokes. The sky is pale blue with cream cloud marks, the pine foliage is dark green and olive, and the lane is patched with cream light and violet shadow.
Lilac and magenta blossom crowds the left side, and pink and purple flowers fill the garden at lower right. These cool notes sit against the warm terracotta roofs.
The portrait format suits the tall pine trunks, which frame the houses on both sides and lead the eye up to the sky. The lane draws the eye from the bottom edge to the villas.
Soft pinks, creams and greens make it a fit for a bright hallway, a bedroom or a dining room with pale walls. The terracotta roofs pick up wood or warm-toned furniture nearby.

One villa is rose pink and the taller one beside it is pale yellow. Both have terracotta tile roofs, and a third pale yellow villa sits in the distance.

Yes. The pastel pinks, cream light and sage greens are soft, and the vertical format fits a narrow stretch of wall. The terracotta roofs add warmth against pale paint.
